UNDER DEVELOPMENT
A Tennessee 501c3 Non-Profit
In Tennessee, fathers receive only an average of 21.8% of parenting time.

The Problem: The Disconnect
The Challenge
Estranged fathers in Tennessee often face immense legal and financial barriers when seeking to maintain a relationship with their children, particularly when custody is unilaterally restricted by an ex-spouse/partner.
Emotional Trauma
The profound pain of Father’s and Children being wrongfully separated from one another.
Legal Disparity
While Tennessee law is gender-neutral, fathers often report feeling disadvantaged in the family court system. In Tennessee, fathers receive only an average of 21.8% of parenting time, one of the lowest in the US - (source Custody X Change)
Financial Strain:
The high cost of family law litigation (attorney fees, court costs, testing) makes securing rights unattainable for many, especially when already paying child support.
Lack of Specialized Support:
A critical gap exists for organizations dedicated specifically to legal advocacy and financial aid for fathers in this vulnerable position.

WHY FAO MATTERS
